Purchasing the pattern only gives you the pattern pieces, no written instructions. There is a website with a written guide. However, it is completely inadequate as an instructive document, with missing measurements and steps throughout.
You have to watch the video in order to have adequate guidance to make the project. If you’re someone like me, who prefers written instructions to video guides, then this probably isn’t the pattern for you.

Great pattern but for a paid pattern, I expect written instructions. I have tried to write them out myself but it’s doing my head in stopping and starting the video to write it down and make it make sense.

I made two, one for me and one for a gift. The first time was a bit difficult but the video tutorial helped a lot. The second time was less difficult. I really loved how it came out and it’s so useful.
