The pattern and accompanying YouTube video are excellent. However, I am unable to access my account online because of problems with my password. I have sent numerous requests for a password reset, and the email never arrives, or if it does, it’s very limited and by the time I actually realize it’s in my box, it’s expired. I sent a request for assistance directly to the Sewing Times email, asking for help, but none arrived. Basically my email was ignored. I also tried reaching out to the organization that manages the sewing times site, but only once did an actual email offering to reset my password arrive. However, like I said earlier, the window had closed, and I was unable to reset my password. Thankfully, I was able to download the pattern, but it looks like that’s the only success I had with your site, as the initial temporary password had expired and it seems that there’s no way for me to reset the password so I can go to your site and peruse your patterns and interact with you through that venue. Honestly, I’m very disappointed, and if there’s any way on God’s green earth that you can help me to get that password reset, I’d be so thankful. I’d appreciate it if you could reach out to your support people and figure out a way for them to get an email to me that does not expire within 30 minutes, so that I am able to reset the password. That would be awesome if you could accomplish that. I’d thank you so much if you would take that into consideration and step up to the plate so we can be successful in that pursuit.
